‘Stranger Things’, ‘Round 6’ e ‘Euphoria’ estão entre indicados ao Emmy 2022; confira lista 5b5z2j

A Television Academy, organização responsável pelo Emmy, divulgou na tarde desta terça-feira (12) as séries e programas de TV  indicados para o 74º ano da premiação.

Os atores J.B. Smoove – vencedor do Emmy pela série Curb Your Enthusiam – e Melissa Fumero – conhecida pelo papel de Amy Santiago em Brooklyn Nine-Nine- foram responsáveis por revelar os nomeados.

 

Na categoria de melhor série de drama, a Netflix desponta com quatro produções: Better Call Saul, Ozark, Round 6 e Stranger Things. Junto a elas também concorrem Euphoria e Sucession, da HBO; Ruptura, da Apple TV Plus; e Yellowjackets da Paramount Plus.

A série Sucession, inclusive, lidera a premiação com 25  indicações. A produção da HBO concorre por sua 3ª temporada e é uma das favoritas a levar o prêmio.

A vencedora do Emmy, Zendaya, aparece mais uma vez na categoria de melhor atriz pelo seu papel como Rue, em Euphoria, e disputa o prêmio novamente com a personagem. Concorrem com ela nomes como Laura Linney (Ozark), Sandra Oh (Killing Eve), Jodie Comer (Killing Eve), Melanie Lynskey (Yellowjackets) e Reese Witherspoon (The Morning Show).

Atuada e produzida por Zendaya, Euphoria é um dos destaques das indicações, concorrendo em 16 categorias, incluindo a de melhor série de drama.

Em série de comédia, a produção protagonizada por Selena Gomez, Only Murders In The Building, da Star +, desponta com 17 indicações. Mas concorre com fortes nomes, como a 2ª temporada de Ted Lasso, que briga para repetir a dose e ganhar novamente a categoria de melhor série de comédia, que conquistou ano ado.

Também concorrem na categoria: Abbott Elementary, Barry , Curb Your Enthusiasm, Hacks, The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel e What We Do in the Shadows.

Entre as minisséries, destaca-se a produção da HBO The White Lotus, que além de concorrer à categoria de melhor série limitada ou série de antologia, conseguiu colocar os nomes de quase todo o elenco nas categorias de atuação.

No total, oito atores da série disputam os prêmios de melhor ator e atriz coadjuvante. Entre eles, a atriz Sydney Sweeney, que também foi indicada para melhor atriz coadjuvante em série de drama pelo seu papel em Euphoria.

A cerimônia de entrega dos prêmios será transmitida no dia 12 de setembro às 21h (horário de Brasília) no canal pago TNT.
